The POSH Sensitisation initiative by The Suniti Solomon Foundation, in partnership with corporate companies and NGOs, aims to create safer and more inclusive workplaces.
Through interactive role-plays and scenario-based learning, the program challenges myths and misconceptions about workplace harassment, empowering mixed teams to recognize, prevent, and respond effectively. By fostering awareness, empathy, and confidence, this initiative promotes workplaces where everyone can perform without fear and with dignity.
